Microlight Flying School
This project describes the selection method of the most viable microlight aircraft for a Microlight Flying School. The selection procedure is based on analytical methods such as the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in order to come up with the best possible solution. This study is related to design or quality engineering. It helps in the selection of a product, feature or option, by reverse engineering the existing quality function deployment method. In this case, it is applied to microlight aircraft, but the methodology can be used to make selections between anything. It was important to carry out such a study because there wasn't any other such study available which helps select a product out of many others, by directly translating the desired criteria into technical characteristics.
