Winning the Southeast Asian Tiger's Favour
In the face of globalisation, the impact of social media has been widespread and dominant. With the ubiquity of user experience design through social media applications and interfaces worldwide, companies are pressured to change their approach to customers. Unfortunately, many corporations in the UK are still failing to engage customers in this digital platform. Southeast Asian markets, such as Singapore in particular, have the strongest Internet penetration and high numbers of mobile phone users. In order for British brands to establish long-term customer relationships and strengthen their brand presence in Singapore, this Design Research project focused on designing a strategic social media experience framework. The poster visualises the principal findings of a Design Research project that will lead to a potential solution with further research.
