Optimal Baking Utensil

When baking, the weighing out of ingredients is a crucial part. However, when it comes to transferring mixtures between receptacles, a small percentage frequently gets left behind, and also on the utensil used. Within a business, this wastage adds up and over a long period of time, can account for a loss in production quantity and profit. In the case of both home users and food preparation businesses, the requirement for an additional utensil or perhaps the use of fingers to remove any residual food is a hassle and in the case of the latter, unhygienic. This product reduces wastage during the baking process by emptying bowls cleanly before allowing the user to squeeze off the mixture from the utensil, eliminating any need for physical contact.
